Pingo Notify is a platform that provides WhatsApp messaging services using both official and unofficial APIs, depending on the client's choice.

The platform enables:

  1. Sending text messages, audio, video, images, files and stickers (according to the subscribed plan).
  2. Management of multiple instances (depending on the plan).
  3. Integration with WordPress via plugins, as well as automation tools like n8n via webhooks.
  4. Receiving real-time notifications through configurable webhooks.

2. Collection and Use of Information

Pingo Notify may collect and store information necessary for the operation of the service, such as:

  1. Customer registration data (name, email, billing information).
  2. Logs of sent and received messages (without accessing the personal conversation content of the user).
  3. Usage statistics to control credits and limits of the subscribed plan.

This information is used solely to:

  1. Operate and maintain the platform.
  2. Control usage limits and monthly credits.
  3. Technical support and service improvements.
  4. Fulfill legal obligations, when applicable.

3. Plans, Credits and Billing

  1. Message sending is charged per number of messages sent, according to the subscribed plan.
  2. Credits are reset monthly and do not roll over to subsequent months.
  3. The customer can upgrade or downgrade at any time. However, credits already used will not be refunded or renewed.

4. Security

  1. Pingo Notify adopts technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
  2. However, we are not liable for failures resulting from the use of unofficial APIs, as they may present instabilities or restrictions outside our control.

5. Data Sharing

Collected information is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data may be shared only in cases strictly necessary for:

  1. Compliance with legal obligations.
  2. Integrations chosen and configured by the client (e.g., webhooks, n8n, third-party plugins).

6. User Rights

The customer has the right to:

  1. Access, correct or delete their personal data upon request.
  2. Request information about the processing of their data.
  3. Cancel the use of the platform at any time.

7. Changes to this Policy

  1. Pingo Notify may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
  2. In case of relevant changes, customers will be notified through the registered contact channels.
